Digital Read Out?

Digital Read Out?
Anyone know what I can get to have something that tells me how fast i am going in MPH. I know there's Apex-i rev/speed, but that gives out KM's. I have an JDM gauge cluster, but I need something to tell me how fast i am going. Thanks

Why dont you just learn how to quickly convert km to MPH? Like learn your speed limits in KM... say 70 mph is about 120km/h... get it... then you will have an idea of about how fast you are going.
