Take off the door panel.
Two 10mm bolts hold the window on a bar that is attached to the up and down mechanism.
Unless you meant the rear side windows......

if you're talking about the back windows you have to get a special tool from shucks (around 7-8 bucks) to cut the rubber glue crap with. just cut through the rubber all around and it comes off.
