Default fuel pressure regulator....

I have a 91 ef hatch of course with a b16a swap and i was wondering what is the best fuel pressure regulator to buy.. or should i buy one.....what should i do?????

just so you know, they are all pretty much the same, i mean if they can adjust the fuel pressure, its doing its job.

something else you should know however, is the AEM (more expensive) ones are a complete unit, however the B&M (helluva lot cheaper) is the top piece only, you have to saw your stock regulator in half and attach the B&M top piece to the bottom of your stock regulator. I have the B&M, had it for about 6 months now with no problems whatsoever, just make sure you get a gauge with it.

Mine cost me 40 plus 30 for the guage.... I have not got to use it yet since I couldnt get it to stop spewing fuel from the rail.... Supposedly they are good units.

I've got the B&M its a good one. Only down fall is with a high pressure pump you cann't get below 40psi with no vacumn even though they say will go down to 25 but other then that its a good one for the price for sure. Def get a pressure gauge though no matter what you go with
