Default Venom 400, Does it really work?

I have been looking at the Venom 400 for my 98 Accord as a quick performance gain. Has anyone out there used it on their Accord with good results? There isn't much info out there other than all the sellers saying it adds 25 percent power in some rpm ranges and that it alters the MAP sensor inputs. Thanks for any feedback!

The Venom 400 module has caused quite a stir with people. Yes, it does "increase" a certain amount of HP persay.. but let me explain how it works:

Lets say you are throttling at 30%. Venom 400 will make your computer think you're at 40-50%.. so the computer will add more fuel and stuff.. Thats why Venom only claims gains only up to 75% throttle.. after that the computer will be in open loop and the venom 400 is useless.

If it were me, I would just step on the gas a little more.. instead of buying a module to do it for me. Just my 2 cents.
