Any cheap way to make an 92 accord lx any faster or quicker?
I got a auto 92 accord lx sedan, and its the slowest car that I have ever driven. Is there anything cheap that I could do to add enough power so that the car will at least keep up with traffic without me flooring the gas? I have driven neons, saturns, suzukis, hyundais, and I drive an 87 camry right now and the accord is the slowest car out of all of them. I dont want to go fast, or even have a quick car, I just want a car that doesnt have the power of a lawnmower without costing me alot of money, once I get a decent car I will actually drop money into it.
gutting it like a freshly caught bluegill is as free as it gets.
gut that ****** down to about 2000lbs and you wont have any problems w/ traffic.

well anything below 3K and it's not gonna be fast all of the HP comes at 5k+ To get the car to go fast you gotta step on it...
cheap things
1. remove silencer from air intake
2. some form of intake tube upgrade
3. free flowing exhaust
thats about it

also dont forget a tune-up that helps too and then later h22 swap. and maybe behind that some forced induction.

hmmm cheap intake header maybe 2.25 or 2.50 inch exhaust take the cat out and the resonator. then nitrous be sure to get a compressions test before you do this or your screw if you juice then blow like me. Its okay for you to own your own car but dont let your car own your own wallet then you.
