what do you think of this (brakes)
i have a 91 crx si, and the thing i hate most is my brakes, they werent good before the swap and now a year later they still arent great, the pads are worn down pretty bad,
i bought brand new oem brembo blanks, and im thinking about getting hawk hp plus for the front and rear and some goodridge or earls stainless steel lines,
the cheapest price i have found on the hawks was
56 - front
36 - rear
119- lines
and im not sure about brake fluid but ive always used the valvoline syn power.
do you guys think this is a good setup? what about the prices, did you get yours cheaper? where?

that should be a good setup.
if you don't auto-x or doing track days, the valvoline synthetic should be fine. if you want a little more "performance oriented" fluid, go with the ate blue.
another pad to consider is the axxis ultimates. i'm not sure how close they are in price to the hp+, though.

You are on the right track. I have been told that Ford HD brake fluid is very good stuff and comes from any Ford dealer.
The real important ingredient are the pads. Quality pads make ALL the difference in the world. Axxis pads ARE NOT performance pads and can not compare to real performance pads. I highly recommend the Porterfield pads, and I have heard good things about Hawks.

i don't think you are talking about the ultimates.
from the graph below, the ultimates are a little better than hawk hps when it comes to coefficient of friction and are about the same (if not better) than the hawk hp+ when it comes to fading.
