YEAH I NEED A SINCRO SET FOR MY 99 SI HYDRO TRANNY.. I OPENED IT UP AND I LOOK AND THERE GONE. I WANNA GET THIS BUT THE PRICE AT HONDA IS 240.25 AND THAT HIGH FOR DAM LITTLE PEICE OF ****. I KNOW SOMEONE ON HONDA-TECH HAS SOMTHING OR THE HOOK UP.. CAN ANOTHER HT MEMBER HELP MY BROKE *** OUT PLEASE. THANKS AND SORRY FOR CAPS IM AT WORK AND I CANT GET OUTTA CAPS. I REALLY NEED THESE ASAP

First off, turn off your caps lock! Second, go to http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and you will be able to find those parts. If you want cheaper, post a thread in the classifieds section, someone might have what you need.

I went thru something similar w/ Itr valvesprings.. Acura would not sell Exhaust valvespring for the itr.. just the intake.. (some use the b16a or gsr intake valvesprings as Itr exhausts... but that may not be the best Coarse of action)

Anyhow.. on to the topic at hand.. I recal my mechanic being able to get 2nd gear syncros for a del sol b16a .. that needed um.. maybe you shoud try ..
going to yahoo.. typing "majestic honda" and they maybe able to hook you up w/ your specific syncro. If not honda.. then they have a link there to garland acura.. and maybe they will let you order what you need. Maybe one of these raceshops that prep and build honda trannys for dragin.. they know how..
But.. then again.. you may want to just buy a full set.. while the tranny is open.. shoot.. you could need a differnt one later.. and yourself for not getting thorough. Just a thought.

Why is it too much, I pay that much for honda **** all the time. Realistically, honda parts are dirt cheap, sometimes only a tiny bit more expensive than aftermarket crap (auto-zone) and a ****-load way better quality.

If you can't afford the syncros, then buy another transmission, or post in the classifieds, your question was where can I get this, and that was the answer.

Read what he is asking, he cannot change cap lock, he went to dealer, got a high price and can ONLY get the whole set, so he is asking for 1st to 2nd gear.

Why don't you look at my posts, I already answered him twice and so did others but he still isn't listening. It makes me angry when people don't read or just can't comprehend the English language.

 

(STILL AT WORK) I LOOKED AT THAT WEB SITE AND ITS HIGHER THEN HONDA CAUSE YOU GOT TO GET THAT AND THEN SHIP IT TOO HONDA HAS IT CHEAPER EVEN IF IS IT HIGHER. IM JUST LOOKIN TO BUY THE SINCRO HUB NOT THE WHOLE GOD DAM SINCROS FOR FIRST AND SENCOND GEAR. I HAVE THEM BUT I NEED THE HUB TO GO OVER THEM THAT ALL.... NO MORE NO LESS.

Sorry, the hub is a dealer ONLY item, and is ONLY avaible at the DEALER, and ONLY avaliable in a SET. Buying one from a used tranny would be like putting old used worn bearings in a brand new motor, just doesn't make sense. Don't want to have to pay for the high prices of syncros/hub then take your short shifter out and LEARN to drive.
