Default Bilstein heavy duties or sports?

Im gonna be ordering my shocks tomorrow and im pretty sure that im gonna go with bilsteins; im gonna do the 89 accord front shocks and I was wondering which should I go with heavy duty bilsteins or sport bilsteins with my h&r race springs? Thanks

HD's aren't designed for lowered cars. I didn't know they made Sports for Accords, but if you can find them, that would be the one to go with.
