3 years ago my bro got rear ended by a truck. The whole end of the trunk was smashed in pretty badly. Well we took it to the body shop to get fixed and personally I think they did a very poor job because I noticed the trunk of my car, around the spare tire area is now tearing from the very back of the trunk. Now when you look down you can see the ground from inside the trunk. It seems like the welds are dis-locating. Is there any way I can go back to that body shop, now 3 years later and argue that since they did a poor job, overtime the body in the back end of my car is now seperating.
