There should be a little black button that you stick part of your key in to push it on the dash. Unless they changed it.

hold down the trip odometer before u start the car, turn it to start hold until the light flashes. if thats not right just look in the OWNERS MANUAL

i reset it for my mom's 02 civic but i can't remember exactly what i did. just check the manual, u can't go wrong.
