If you like to tinker, buy a Hondata intake manifold gasket and an Injen cold air intake. Via my casual browsing, I don't recall an exhaust being a very good upgrade per dollar but I think you might be able to find a 4-2-1 header that you'd like. There'a the $600 reflash of your ECU that seems nice if you have the money for such things.

are u just looking to get it faster? or also looks?
my first mod was lowering this "jeep"...i just got some tein s.tech springs and it rides almost like stock...maybe better
but if ur just looking for proformance..then go for the intake first

Suspension 1st IMO. You can acheive better handling and better looks all in one drop. Wheels now or later. Better tires, now though to match the wicked handling.

Then hit up the engine mods so you can make your faster looking car faster starting with the most expensive mods first whether it be a race header or a turb-O, y0.

Then I'd watch the madness in mah rearview as I put buslengths on people's ***.

Some time I'd eventually improve braking powAr.

if i were you, i would do a suspension mod first. handling is key in my mind. once you have a car that can handle power, then that's when you should start bolting on stuff to your motor. if you wanna go simple suspension mods, you can just get springs (eibach, neuspeed, tein, h&r). these will last you for some time but your stock shocks will die out on you eventually. but by then, you should have saved up some cash to buy some coil overs. i found that having a thicker rear sway bar helps to with the understeer problem that this car has. man, i can go on and on about this. anyhow...this is what i would do...suspension which includes tires and wheels and then engine. good luck with everything!
