220 whp....
I'm at work and this guy comes in with a eg.
ME: what do u have planned for your car?
HIM: type r head with gsr block.
ME: estimated hp and 1/4 time?
HIM: 220 whp and low 13's.
ME: what mods???
HIM: ctr camshafts, jdm 4-1 headers, rods and pistons.
ME: ill tell you this right now, you wont hit 220 whp with those mods unless if you have some kind of special trick up your butt.
HIM: *in a cocky voice* we'll see...we'll see
ok...is it POSSIBLE to make 220 whp with a type r head, jdm headers and ctr camshafts?? it just doesnt sound right...after reading of all the difficulties people are having even breaking 200 whp all motor. he also said he wanted to use NAWWWS too

NO, it is impossible to hit those numbers with just those three mods.
Maybe he's planning on doing alot more than that and don't wanna tell.
Beside that, he wants to intall the NAUUZZZZZ, y0!

JDM 4-1 header is not enough, and with just CTR cams or even with CTR pistons and aftermarket gastket, i would say only around 200 AT MOST.
with the mods he list , he'll need nos for sure. And u know some ppl talk alot and start telling wat they " heard" not wat they have done.
