I think you answer is stupid.......My car is my daily driver so i have it set to soft for everyday driving.......when i track the car i adj the rear to stiffer........I think the design sucks..........u have to take out the whole supsension to adjust them......And my question was about alerenate brands of struts for the R....Not your opion as to why I want to change them........Grow up Little Boy and speak when you have a CLUE

Read the above replies. You have no strut alternatives cause the Type-R does not use struts.
Your complaint is weak is what Zyg was saying. You should have done more research before buying them. The adjustability issue on rear Konis for our cars is no secret. There are no other Konis that will work unless you buy them from Europe.
You could as Ed mentioned set them to a race stiffness and live with it like most of us do then there is little to no need to change the setup.
Otherwise you could ante up like most of us and get some Zeals or TEIns or Buddy Clubs or JICs.
Or and I can't wait to see this, go back to stock cause you can't out drive the stock suspension anyway comments.
