well some may now know that my car was taken away because i got behind on a few payments..so my 00 civic si is gone ..im about to go check out a car tomorrow and i know i want a used one ...its either gonna be a 96-00 hatch or 94-97 integra ls,gs, or rs....i was just wondering your guys opinions...im kind of leaning more towards the integra cause i have some plans in mind..also for the hatch but im leaning towards the integra ..but on the same token i also love a hatch...for some people whove had a coupe and then an integra or hatch ...what are your thoughts

 

if you're not gonna swap, get an integra. IMO cuz my DX hatch is slow

 

if you're gonna go all-out race car, get the hatch. if want all the power accessories, go for the teg. it's up to you.

 

Think about the things you liked on your old car and try to match that as best you can to your next purchase. Things like paint color, seats, power thingys...tough choice.

If money is a general issue I would think insurance is cheaper on the Dx.

 

**** man.ive gone from 2 (94ls and 95gsr)integras to a 94 hatch.i miss my integras.so far its been a pain in the *** gettin around to gettin the motor i wanted.the motors goin to **** in the civic.its a cx so its slow as hell.if it was me id get the 94-95teg and take out all the extras.ac,ps,cruise ,etc.keep it as light as possible. maybe just lower and get 2000 bumper,headlights. then keep it as is until you can turbo it(ls) or supercharge(gsr) ..(my opinions on super/turbo for ea. motor if i had it) anyways good luck.chicks dig tegs more too .interior also looks more luxury then civic.

why would you swap out an ls engine? that's a pretty good engine to start with. if it was me i'd probably get an rs (no ac, no sunroof, no abs, no cc) and turbo that.
