That was my car and I was more than happy to give you a ride. I remember the first time I got a ride and I knew I just had to have one. To fully apreciate it you need to come to an autocross. Like I said Wednesday night, it isn't a drag car. : ) Once you get your new lude I will look forward to seeing you at the track. I got the time down to a 14.29@98.06. Not to bad with a 2.303 60 ft time. it's on 17's. Thank you for the props on my car, your prelude crew had some nice rides as well. (even your automatic!) Pm me and I will teach you guys how to autocross like I was telling you about. Later Eric
lol woh THANX man.....didn't expect to see u on here....thanx alot and for sure when i get my next lude MT! it will be out on track ....i know my friend dawson is goin to start autocrossing he loved that paper u gave him of the track! thanx for postin and once again..i love your car

not impressed with ITR acceleration.
Although it is quite impressive if you've never been in a car with more than 130 hp.

00ITR1338, I've seen you a few times around. I have the '97 CW. You have the spoon exhaust correct?
Anyways, glad you enjoyed your ride, ITR's can impress those who have never been in a quick car. But in the real broad scheme of things, they aren't too fast on the straights.

Yeah I Have the Spoon Exhaust. Are you the one with the jdm 16's? Or do I see you when I'm on 405 on the way home from work? I see a few cw ones during the week.

i reminds me when i first got my R, the whole 2 month i was sitting in my friends' supra TT or M5.
and when i got my R and after 2000km break in, i went redline, and i went straight to autoshop to check if there is something wrong with my R....
slow as hell when u got used to 400hp cars

the itr stinks for acceleration.
if anything at all, the itr accels at roadracing.

He is the one with the JDM 16's.
His R was my first R to ride in. He introduced me nicely to how well the R can corner.
Also, there is another R with a "Mugen" licence plate that drives around in our area.
Can't tell what year it is though. Has a 97 front but 98 rear

14.5 is what an R should do stock, with a good driver.
ActiveAero was hitting constant high 13's with minor bolt-ons.

I am talking more about comparing the R to a supra..etc. You cant get the feeling of 500ft/lbs of torque on a street honda...after riding in our supra, everything feels slow for the next week.

ITR's are so much fun to drive, the high revs are great and are like nothing else i have ever ridden in. Notice i said "i have ridden in". Yes i know there are a lot more high reving motors. The ITR's are just an all around bone stock race car and really are an experience to drive. Glad you got to go for a ride in one.
