What exhaust should I get for my new 03 CBR RR?
Check into moriwaki see if they have anything available for it yet.
Two brothers =
.
My carbon fiber can fell apart after less than a year. The core snapped in half and rubbed a hole in the cannister. I welded the core back together, fiberglassed over the hole and put her back on. When i called them they gave some bs and said that it wasnt a defective product..... so that is when i fixed it....
What a line of crap.

I second the Moriwaki suggestion, I have it on my 03' R6 and it's bad *** IMO. Moriwaki has two different full systems for the 600RR and a slip-on as well.

Well, since we are apparently condemning a company from one experiance I'll redeem it with one experiance.
I had a TBR X-metal on my F4. It was on there for nearly three years and spent most of its life in the sun. It had a lot of miles on it, it had quite a bit of "sit in traffic" time on it as well. When I had my unexpected get off the pipe took the initial hit and was still in good enough shape that a friend bought it, polished up the ends and you could hardly tell it was damaged. When he had his wreck a year later he fixed the bike and put that exhaust back on and is still running it today.
Besides all of that, I've yet to hear and exhaust on a honda that sounds as deep at idle and still has that powerful scream up top. All of that without being obnoxiously loud to boot.

Then lets lessen that with my experiances. I work in a bike shop. I was pushing 2 bros a few years back. Id say I moved about 20 cans and exhausts. I remember doing at least 6 returns for workmanship. There could have been more, but I did do at least 6 returns for workmanship.

Two Brothers use to be good before that brother left to start a well known very reputable company. Since then they have produced slap on junk. I have done a lot of research for parts on these bikes for a friend. What kind of power gains are you looking for? I would get a good reputable brand slip-on for some nice mid range gains for street driving. I haven't seen anything from Moriwaki yet. Another excellent company to consider is Sato. Although I have seen nothing from them either. Akropovic does have a full system out which is a full system and starts making power from 9,000rpm and keeps making more power all the way to the redline. Their slip on is pretty nice with good all around over-all gains. There aren't a huge amount out yet. I guess because of the design. You usually get what you pay for.
I got the jardine race titanium and I am happy with it. I was going to get the akra but the jardine was about 200 less.
