b18 LS engine into a 94 Civic DX??
Is it possible? Will the engine match up with a 94 civic dx tranny and the rest? or do i need to get an integ tranny and other parts, maybe another ECU, etc....

With common questions regarding things like swap info, your best friend is the "SEARCH" function on this site. 
But to answer your question, the engine will bolt right up but you'll need an Integra tranny to go with it along with the ECU, etc.
