B18B1 pressure plate vs B18C5?
How much stronger is the ITR pressure plate in comparriosn to the LS unit?
Im getting a new tranny and flywheel soon and considering changing the pressure plate as well. Currently I have a stock LS pressure plate with an ACT 6 puck disc.
Should I go for an ACT pressure plate? ITR? or leave the LS one in?
Car is NA and probably wont get over 180 whp.

The ITR plate has a little more gripping power over LS/B16/GSR and retains the stock feel. I am using this on my B20 vtec and i love it. ACT is a bit stronger, but it feels like you have a heavy duty clutch. Unless you race alot i would go with OEM. If you road course alot, or dont have much stop and go traffic get the ACT. I am also using the ITR disk. This has more grip than B16/LS/GSR as well.
I however use an ACT disk in my race car along with a stock GSR pressure plate. Works fine for my 7-8K launces on my drag car with slicks. Well no problems yet anyways.
