15.5 in a 1.5L DX HB, you 1.6l's are too slow!!!!

The DX HB did a best off 15.08 with stock Honda engine Parts and I/H/E.

i have 97 dx with d16y7..... i have dc sports header(for an ex) a AEM short ram/ apexi WS exhaust... my best time is 16.5 i think at ...83mph... how the hell do u get down to 15's? with pretty much the same **** i that i have. now i am running rich do to my header... since my header is for EX and i have no cat. so i am running way to rich? but i dunt see how that would completely effect my time? can one of u guyz help me out.. preferably mista bone? lol since u ran 15.08 with a 1.5L?

Are slicks considered "honda parts"? Looks to me like you used em in that run. Slicks along with some SERIOUS weight reduction.

I always use slicks, only way to get consistant ET's.

No weight reduction beyond the spare tire and jack, plus that 10 lb rear bumper cover.
