do we have the drop the tranny, or can you?
I ask because we all hate dropping the tranny. otherwise, Assdime and I can do it for the right price (we no longer work for
, sorry guys). It'll still be cheaper than shops though. Not a bad time to do other minor work too, rear motor mounts, header, etc, etc...

ATS are the official WTDR FD of choice.
The JDM FD isn't all that bad either, but you already have GSR gearing so RPMs @ 80 wont be all that horrible with the ATS 4.9. You have a VAFC? Might want to raise VTEC xover a little (good thing to do anyways)
edit: n/m just saw your sig with Hondata written in it

What do you consider a mechanic?
What do you consider a mechanic?

If you consider a few guys with no shirts, no shoes, and no beer or liquor bottle left unmolested working on Hondas to be mechanics, then yes, they are mechanics.

Speaking of this, any we-todd's around the ATL area think they could help me with a clutch, possibly flywheel on my M3? From what I hear, the tranny is WAY WAY easier to take down than a Honda(6 bolts and the driveshaft is off).
I keep thinking my clutch is going south, so I might need to replace it in about 10k miles or so. Would hate to have to pay some BMW mechanic $500 to install my $240 clutch assembly. All I'm missing is a place to do the work, and the comfort that I'll actually know what to do when I get up in the tranny! Otherwise, I've done all the work on my car up to this point(all maintence, suspension work, shifter - blah blah the easy stuff).
