****, they look like jdm recaros and those special ed usdm recaros. If I couldn't afford the real stuff, i'd get those. Whatever fits your budget.
As long as they're certified as secure in crashes and work in autocrosses, I'm down with those. If you're buying racing seats for looks, though, that would be gay. Most of us buy name-brand **** because the quality shines through if you've experienced the kinds of seats that you just posted.

maybe the kid doesn't race around, and just wants a nice looking comfortable seat....i dont see whats wrong with that. yea its kind of pointless, but if thats what he wants to do then let him, why give him **** about it?
everyone is flaming because he's asking about opinions on looks, but looks do matter in seats! what if all good racing seats came in hot pink?
also i've seen some momo seats that look like they would hold you in well, but the way they look is hideous!
yes, i believe in function over fashion too, but at times you also gotta think about how things look cuz i for one would want my car looking like *** just for performance sake

even if i could..i dont know if i could give up my lude seats..theyre just so damned comfy.</TD></TR></TABLE>
I love my 4th gen prelude leather seats as well (made by recaro
) but for as much support as they have in the kidney area, the shoulder support is lacking quite a bit

I have heard that those seats tend to break easily. When I say break as in the plastic part where you adjust the angle of the seats. My friend had those and the seat adjuster broke in couple days. Piece of CRAP if you ask me.
i agree with most of you, how bad can seats be? they are seats, u know they are most likely going to be better than stock civic seats, and they look alot nicer, so I vote get some and let us know.
I think they look very nice btw

I'd like to point out that many, many cloth Honda seats are the ugliest creations ever to exist on earth.
Well...the pattern is pretty nasty, anyway. I saw some seats on ebay before that were pretty nice....some no-name company made them, but they were basically leather Recaro SRD knockoffs.

what idiot would pay 1000 for the name "recaro' etched on the seat? I don't see how racing seats add any hp to the car, most of them aren't even that light to make much of a difference. I say go for the seats man, they look nice and not ricey at all
