are the spark plugs for integras all the same? ie will spark plugs for a type R fit and work properly on an ls?

You can pretty much use any spark plug, but what you have to watch out for is the gapping on the spark plug. Each model has a different gapping specs, which you can find in your owner's manual. If you are buying pre-gapped plugs then make sure you put in the right one. However, if you are buying generic plugs, then you can gap them yourself.
