Default SI gauge cluster in 97 Hatch

Sup H-Tech,
My ride is a 97 hatch DX and I'm getting tired of the stock gauge cluster with no tach. Doe anyone know if a 99-2000 Si gauge cluster will work in my hatch or will I have problems with the wires not matching up. Thanks for your info. If anyone has any picture of this setup, please post some pics.

doesn't the SI have a different redline though?

My brother just put in an EX guage cluster into his 96 cx. That went in easy peasy. It's a 10 minute job, and 9 minutes of that is getting the dang trim out from around the guages.

yeah, the si does have a different redline than my dx, but i'm planning on doing a swap later. it will work for now, trying to keep it sleeper and clean, don't really want a large auto meter tach.

I picked up a ractive tach, its not as big as a monster tach and the shift light is in the tach, plus there are like 7 different colors for the back light. its only like a hundred bucks. The si cluster is sweet lookin though
