Need Help - Spark Plug Holes have oil in them
Car - '92 Honda Accord
My brother called saying that his car was running really bad, so I told him to stop by. Pulled the plug wires, and oil was covering the base of the spark plugs, more so in #1 and it became less as you go to #4. What would cause this... valve cover gasket?
Any help is greatly appreciate!!!

Yeah, try the simple sparkplug hole rubber O rings
Hopefully that will do it.
Wouldn't be the valvecover gasket (gasket the perimeters the entire valvecover)

if the plugs are dry , than thats your problem , more than likely thats what it is...

most likely the doughnut gaskets around the plugs in the valve cover as others have said.
changed some on a 90 accord a few months back that were so hardened they looked like plastic rings instead of the soft rubber O rings they are supposed to resemble.
hope everything is going well for you.
