Preregister by 6-27 for July 5/6 H-C Races at Hyperfest!
Don't forget to preregister for H-C at Hyperfest! The late fee will begin on Saturday, June 28, and I know you don't want to add that! Follow the link from the nasaracing.net page for registration: http://www.nasaracing.net/

Probably never! The fees are just way too high....wouldn't want to raise your entry fee or anything!

Yea ... AMEX fees are a bit higher but just think of how many more NASA events you could get me to go to if I can say to the wife, ``but honey, we are earning double miles on racing now!''

I love you but we will probably never accept AMEX. Hardly anyone uses them and the fees are not at all cost effective. Sorry.

ROFL. I basically pulled this last night! "...boy, between track-day fees and equipment, we're going to have a free hotel/weekend get-a-way by the end of the summer..." Visa owns.

on a side note: They are doing the Time Trials again at Hyperfest on Sat. $110 for 3 30min sessions, what a great deal! We didn't have that many at beaver and I hope we have more at summit.

I will be sending out e-mail confirmations late tonight or tomorrow by noon depending on when all the details and supps are finalized. PLEASE READ THE E-MAIL CAREFULLY. I am mailing by USPS four wristbands and instructions tomorrow to all those racers who are preregistered. To avoid paying the gate fee, you and your three crew will have to have a wristband. If you register after Friday, you and your crew will have to pay the gate fee and get a refund at techistration.
You are responsible for seeing that your crew receive their wristbands as the gate will not hold them for you. NO EXCEPTIONS. We are using this policy so as to avoid a 10 page list of preregistered people, crew, workers, and VIP at the gate. Lists like that slow the gate down for everyone.

i hope so too; i have no place to stay, and will sleep out on the road if need be!
