do integras have speed limiters
not that I've ever "tried to reach speeds like 120 on a public road", but i've also found that my integra RS tops out at 120/121 and seems to `wiggle` there asking for more, but the rpms cease to increase. electronic limiter?
Nope, they are drag limited. The only reason you cannot go faster is because the engine does not have enough power to do it.
I have gotten my GSR up to 142mph (indicated) when it was naturally aspirated.

when i had my LS with AEm, the highest i gotten it was 133... so ya, the integras do not have seped limiter..
my gsr with just intake and headers hit 152...

i could be wrong, but i dont buy that.
wouldn't the engine be @ redline
if that were the most speed the car
could handle?
to support this i can tell you that
IMO the engine is not maxing
just by the feel. if i'm doing 120
in 5th, the car _asks_ for more if
I keep floring it and is definately
not wanting to ease up.

i hit 145 in ma LS.. about 6000 rpm (give or take a few RPM)

Dustin is correct in what he says. The integra engine isn't powerful enough to push the car any faster through the air.
If you have a rear spoiler take it off, you might get another 1-2 mph. A very small rear wind might give you another 1-2 mph as well.
The only limiter integras have is a rev limiter.

i got my integra motor up to about 155... i dont think there is a limiter... i had a chipped computer... but i dont think the ecu's have speed limiters anyway
look at any car and driver magazine the integra civic si blah blah blah they are all drag limited and not speed limited. sometimes our "almighty 1.8 liters" cant do that much with a 2500+ lb car attatched to it.
the US speed limiter is redline in 5th if you can get it there.
but the JDM cars have speed limiters so if you are running a JDM ECU you may have a speed limiter.
