Default carbon fiber repair

is it hard to repair a carbon fiber lip. the worst thing that could happen to me did. i was installing my spoon front bumper lip. after i finished, i drove the car down my driveway(which is steep), and at the end of the driveway..... ahhhh the lip hit the assphault, and cracked it in 3 places. it only cracked it, not broken. i went down the driveway very very slow. like a baby crawl. i gues the car was too low. anyways, is there a way to fix or is it cheaper to buy another one. I paid $260 for it...

it might be cheaper to buy one coz shipping those would be a biznatch and will break in the process

You are going to be smacking that lip everywhere

I have the same lip and its cracked in several places.

The best way to go about repairing it is using fiberglass resin. Its cheap, and its not too visible, you should be able to pick it up at most autoparts stores.

i'd try using fiberglass, like mentioned before, on the back of the cracks, then using an epoxy to fill in the cracks and maybe finely wet sand it all smooth

Somehow get it back to the manufacturer for repair, or find a fiberglass repair shop that can fix the crack in the resin for you.

Best of luck
