Do you mean Solo II (autocross) E-Prepared, or road racing E-Production.

If you mean E-Prepared, the current proposal (good enough for you) for 2004 is here:

Free rules.

Hello matt j,

Max overbore 0.0472"
Yes, you can mill the head to alter the compression ratio.
Valve train unrestricted unless specified in Appendix A
Cam unrestricted

"I can completely strip the car down cant i in this class?"

You will need to be a bit more definitive to get a specific answer, but generally yes and no, be more specific and I will give you a definitive answer.

Any interior piece you can rip out is totally legal in EP. All plastic, carpet, dash, gauges, etc.

I threw mine out. I have NOTHING but a seat, steering wheel, shifter, and pedals.
Doors can be gutted, and leave nothing but the skin.
Lexan for windows.

But most important of all, slicks.

if you can't afford a rulebook, you might want to re-think building a racecar. i run in STS and my budget for this year has already exceded $3k, and i haven't even bought my second set of tires yet or made any changes to the car!

what he was saying is that he hasnt brought cash to the events to purchase one nor does he have a checkbook. Hence why i posted the scca contact info for ordering.
