Sounds like the window has come off the track. Before you try and take off the entire door panel, take off the speaker cover and the speaker. Most likely the window came off the front track, which will be accesible thru the speaker hole. This was a common problem for me.

look at the rubber lineing thats outside the door on the top of the window...make sure it is pushed in so the window can slide into the hook that is connected to the outside of your car...that happened to me once it wouldnt close all the way...the problem was the rubber lineing came out...just push it inwards and your window will now be able to close
You don't need to take the seat belt off the door panel.
You can take the door panel off without taking off the seat belt.
seat belt is attached TO THE DOOR.
Remove all phillips head screws. Think there's 7-8-9 cant recall exactly.
remove door speaker covers 2 ph screws and it pops off, dont break off
the 6 little tabs.
4 screws under speaker cover as well.
remove clip holding window crank handle , it's a biotch.
pull off crank handle.
screws inside door handle cup and under opener lever.
screws under seat belt guide bar, at bottom of door.it swings away from door when screw is removed.,slide seat belt out.
remove screw from backside edge of door.
little plastic hidden screw holding upper inner wheathersrip to door panel
remove screw. and inner weatherstrip. slide seat belt out of top of door panel.
Oh yeah I forgot GENTLY VERY GENTLY lift up edges of door panel.
Make sure it pulls up freely. if it doesn't, theres still screws attached.
Don't break clips they are very fragile. and expensive to buy from honda.
there are about 15 of them.
Post again if you get lost.
