Default B16 Hatch Slips

I'm pretty close to buying this car... 92 EG Hatch with a B16A SiR II Engine. It has:

full type r valvetrain (itr valves, itr outer valve springs, portflow inners, itr 01spec cams, itr retainers)
Light port & polish
jdm itr 4-1 header
2.5" cat
itr b-pipe
5zigen fireball rear section exhaust
str cam gears
Civic Si clutch and pressure plate
ITR 5-lug
Above average tires (unknown brand)

What do you think this would do in the quarter?
Anyone with somewhat similar setups, what have you ran?
Any comments are welcome

Oh, the car dyno'd at 161whp

So mid 14s for me . That's promising and makes me more excited to actually buy the car

Setup is a JDM B16, AEM CAI for a 99-00 Si, regular DC 4-1 Header, Greddy SP exhuast, no cat, skunk2 chipped p28, on nitto 555r's. Drove 120 miles to the track, ran 13's and made 20 passes, then drove 120 miles home. Since then i've got the car down to 8.7's in the 1/8th so it may be good for 13.7's.

damm thats impressive i just ran a 15.6 on my cx with b16 with same headers but a short ram and stock muffler with 2 1/4 piping. Ugot full interior? it was my first time at the track, and i didnt know what to take off at my last race was the best of 15.6 and i noticed the higher i took off the better. i took off a about 3800 and i was running kuhmo ecstas at about 19psi, and it was about 90 degree weather.
