spring rates

hey does anyone know which spring is stiffer? neuspeed race or skunk2 coil overs.

depends...brand doesn't matter...just the spring rate of the spring

As far as an OTS spring. I am not sure which one is stiffer.

skunk2's for civics (and crx's)are 400/300.

you can also use the skunk2 integra coil overs which have 500f/400r. i'm using these on my 4dr and they are pretty stiff if that's what you are looking for.

man thats bad news to me cause i already bought and installed my skunk2 for my crx and they are less stiff than my previous neuspeed race springs. would you get the same drop w/ those integra coilovers though or would the drop be less dramatic cause rexes are lighter? i just wanted to know the exact numbers on the neuspeeds so i would know.
