my GUESS is the one piece 4-2-1 is MUCH better than the 2 piece, i don't even think they make the 2 piece anymore. the one piece is "hybrid header" with very long primaries much like a 4-1, good for hi-rpm power, without the loss of low to mid range power like many 4-1's...you make more (peak)HP with the one piece.
What motor do you have and what do you want to do with your car? in the end it depends on what & how you are going to use your car...BTW the one piece hangs VERY low, if your car is lowered be VERY careful

I've been curious about this myself.

Anyone with experience of the two? I am using the 4-2-1 one piece, and I like it, but I have no idea how it compares to the other header.

If only you were local, we could dyno the two!

Oh well

the two piece has a bit stronger mid range and was originally designed many years ago

Do you have any info regarding the top-end power of the 2 piece?

Seems to me like it'd be less than the new header, since the one piece has very long primaries.
