Well I'm looking to upgrade my torque wrench to a digital one. I saw one at sears and it was pretty cheap. It has a wire connected to the torque wrench that is connected to a box that gives a digital readout. I was wondering if this is accurate enough or if there are better ones. Sorry if this is a little OT, but I think that many people in here could benefit from one. I am one of many that has overtorqued something and snapped the sucker right off.

Thanks in advance.

The best torque wrenches IMO are the mechanical Snap-on ones. I'm sure Matco and other big name brands are just as good. I don't know anyone in the industry that uses a digital one. Maybe they are good, but i go with whats known to work.
