should i build my d16z6 or swap in a gsr motor?

If i keep the d16 what all can i do to it besides the obvious

 

depends if you have a budget or not.

or just play with the d16 first and see how you like that.
maybe try dropping a turbo in that d16 and play with it for a while, i regret i didn't do that with my d16 before i swapped it out in favor of a gsr.

 

Turbo D16 = more power than GSR for less.

GSR=more potential in the long run.

How much do you want to spend?

 

i got a d16z6 i it so much i beat a bone-stock 98gsr and i had cam, cam gear, header, piping and a 5zigen fireball its fun and it pulls my other 2 buddies had gsr in their hatches i smoked them too if you want you could build it but im building mines and its worth to me you get *mad* props

its up to you im not telling you its your chioce im just telling the goods of the d16z6

 

what kinda cam and cam gear do u have on ur D16

 

ruben racing regrind cam stage 2 but now i got a weird ticking noise so im assuming i need the rest of the other valvetrain components to work the cam right
