anyone one swap a Y8 manifold into a OBD1 car? (no iat on manifold)
i ran into this problem today when i put my P28 harness onto my D15B with a Y8 manifold. the manifold has no intake air temp sensor and i was wondering if this is because on a 96-00 civic with the sohc vtec motor their is a sensor on the intake tubing. am i right guys? someone shed some light here!!! thanks HT!

Yes, that is correct... drill a hole in your intake tube (i drilled one in my PVC connectors for my CAI) and screw it in.
