Default POLL: Help choosing wheels

Ok, here's my situation...

I have the possibility of getting these Rev wheels (17x7, 15 lbs) for 700 shipped with tires. I originally wanted the VI's but they are not getting any more for another month or so but I can get the X's which are very similar but not quite the same. Bad part about these wheels is they are cast, not forged, and haven't really been around very long so if I crack a wheel I may end up being screwed and not being able to replace one if I have to.

Or I can go with Rota Grids and have a reliable wheel which is a bit lighter weight.

These are going on a milano red gsr w\ cf hood

Rev Model VI (the ones I want but are backordered)

Rev Model X (the available alternative to VI)

Rota Grid (safer route but unsure how they'll look)

I definitely like the Rev wheels but don't want to deal with them cracking if I hit a pot hole, they are made in taiwan. The Velox PG-5's (same wheel as rev VI, but forged) are 1500 and don't really have that kind of cash to spend on wheels right now. I didn't start this poll so I can get some bandwagon/tag along feedback, I just want some opinions. I like the idea of going with the rota's because I know they are built good. Do cast wheels bend\crack easily?
