rear lower tie bar will be the best and always the most effective first step. ben makes those and i have one on order, yeah for me. the c-pillar bar will also help, but as long as you don't have people riding in the back seat(because they'll bang their head on it). i wouldn't get an expensive front strut bar...you won't notice the difference as much as stiffening up the rear. when you stiffen up the rear, you take alot of understeer out. unless your bushings are shot, i would keep those. oh, and ben has good prices. i am trying to talk him into making a front strut bar that would not only connect the strut towers, but also go to the firewall, to really close up the "box". good luck man, i wish i had or was willing to spend the money for that much suspension work. but, when i do...i'll be going higher, not lower. cause its more fun on mtn. roads.
Tie bar's don't produce measureable changes in handling. I'd pass them up. You didn't mention which tires you have so some 215/45-16 azenis should be your next step and then a good camber kit with agressive alignment settings.
