yah i have a 95 civic lx and im getting ready to put in a 98 d16y8, instead of switching out my computer (unless i have to) can i use a vtec controler, and would i be able to change the timing of when vtec kicks in

 

yes you would be able to use a vtec controller instead of a vtec ecu.... and yes you would be able to use it to control the vtec.... hense the name of vtec controller...

 

is this the same as a vafc or safc?? i mean i kinda know what im talkin about but really dont....and would i run this to my ecu or wat?
