Nespeed sport or race springs??
the Race is probably gonna be a 2" drop...so the sport i would guess about 1.25" drop....
EDIT: if your looking for springs i would look into H&R...my GF has nuespeed race in her del slow and i think the quality of my H&R are better...i doubt the price difference is much either

i had both on my car at different times... i had the race springs on with my stock wheels and the sports on with 17's... so it depends... either way it looked very nice and they both rode pretty smooth... it was just a lot easier getting in driveways and over speedbumps with the sports. you'd be surprised how much a half inch can affect your driving.
if you aren't planning on changing your stock wheels though, i'd say go with the race springs (as long as you can deal with bumps)

i had 215/40/17's and the sport springs and it rubbed like nuts. i couldn't turn or it would rub so i went to 205/40/17's and that made a huge difference. the only time it would rub was on a u-turn. i couldn't imagine what it would have been like with race springs. 205/40/17's and sports was a good setup. however, i know someone who claims to have 17's and race springs and was able to pull it off with no rubbing cause of the aftermarket shocks/struts they got as well.

if your car is too low... the tires will scrape the inner fender liner and if you scrape enough of it.. you'll end up scraping bare metal. Thats what happened to me but if you stick with the neuspeed race you'll be fine. You'll be left with a finger gap or slightly less
I love my neuspeed race. I had h&r sports on my last teg. I like them when I had them but always wanted to go lower. The race suit me perfectly. Some hills on driveways are hard but I still rarely scrape. Sometimes you just have to park your car and walk
