Sanding down brake pads
I have a set of porterfield r4s brake pads that was on a warped rotor brake setup. They still have a lot of pad left on them, but I guess they aren't perfectly flat. A rep from porterfield said to sand them down flat and they could be reused. I was wondering if anyone has any experience doing this? Like what sand paper grit to use and any methods? Or success in doing it?
Thanks,
Brad

I've done it with other brands of pads. Used 80 grit.
