I have a 89 crx si and i'm on a budget and looking to get a look alike wings west/ mugen kit. I have seem them advertised on ebay (buy it now) for 400+150 shipping. It seems everytime I try and go cheep I end up getting what I pay for so you would think that I would have learned my lesson by now but no. Anyone have any experience with a knock off brand of one of these kits.

 

9 times out of 10 its gonna be a waste of money. IMO a fiberglass bodykit (which i'm sure thats what the knockoffs are made of) is always gonna be a waste. its just a matter of time before it gets broken. if you want a bodykit spend the money on the wings west urethane one. in the long run you'll be much happier.

 

save for the real wings west. i bet the knock off ones on ebay will fit like **** and leave big *** gaps.........
