Default Best cams for the h23?

Hi, my name is tom...im new to the site, i was looking into the gude head and cam package but i spoke with a couple people and they werent happy with the overall quality of their work. I spoke with one person who told me of a company who makes a cam called the "jun killer" or something of the sort, wondering if they make anything for the 2.3? Any responses would be well appreciated

what are you looking for? daily driver? full race? a stage one cam is usually the best for daily driving.... you need to actually ask the tech who make the cams. each stage has different outputs according to each.

you need to decide what you want and ask the techs. with a big cam with nice HP output, your going to be 'sucking *********' during idle... and you wont make peak power unless your running at around 8k rpm.
those are the full on drag cams. the street cams usually require addition head work. again call the 1800 # and talk to someone who specializes in it. i think this months sport compact car has an article on selecting cams....
