OT: 1st place in STS both days at SoloI
Yep that's right Preludes are beginning the represent throughout the country. Much thanks to Corey who helped me tune my suspension at tire. I went with the setting you gave me Corey and kaa rotated very nicely, that rear drift is nice. I did have to fight for 1st on Saturday though, a 97 240 sx got second by only .200 (or two tenths) But Sun wasn't a problem my closest competition was some RSXs but I knew I had them so I went cone knocking on the boxed section on my first and 4th lap, lucky my best lap was my second. Anyways here are some crappy pics.

For solo1 no cage is needed if you're in STS, if you're in a modified class like SM then you need a cage. And if you're running FI then you'd be in SM. But you can do as many drivers do and put it in OSP class for solo1.
Dude, screw the track. You shouldn't waste your time there. You should be hitting the dragstrip. That is where it is at.
j/k
I am going to try and get one run at Summit Point in West Virginia. Can't wait.
Keep the pics coming.

saw your car out @ Second Creek, but I missed your runs. Was hoping to see how the Lude held up in STS. Do you disable your ABS when you run? I heard there is an easy mod to do so giving better breaking modulation.

Who were you out there with? Anyways the braking was fine I had no issue on the track and I was braking pretty late, (at least the second day) Disabling the ABS might be nice for auto-x however. The one thing Second Creek thought me was that I can late brake so much more in auto-x and still maintain control(I'm going to try it next auto-x)
Oh and for the results..........http://www.rmsolo.org/results.html -----> then click the Solo results in the yellow box and scroll down to STS.
As for the rule and regulation regarding SM and OSP. Like I said and FI prelude would put you in SM for auto-x and SOLOI However if you decide to do soloI you can register your car in OSP (other street prepared) and don't need a cage. Many people did that in my region. And any prepared ride does not need a cage. (I find that odd as you can do a ridiculous amount of mods to prepared cars.)

Congrats man! Glad what I told you could help out! Awesome to hear about preludes up front.. You should really put a rollbar in the car now..
yeah and race where? The closest thing to organized track events around here is SCCA club racing. And I suspect I'd be competing with the Pike Peak Acura team (2 integra and a NSX) I think I'd be in ITS.
Yeah, thanks for calling my pics crappy. The pics you got of me were about the same, and you didn't even get a shot of my brakes bursting into flames!
BTW, those were all 900x600 when I uploaded them, but our gallery scaled them down to 640x480 (which isn't even the same aspect ratio). Edit the URLs and use 900x600 as the size.
