I am not very gifted when it comes to working on cars...to say the least...my bro in NJ is an Acura mechanic and used to help me put the car back together when I would try to "fix" it... But now in FL I don't have the luxury of his help anymore.

I really want to do the mpfi swap on my 91 STD. 72hp is killing me.. I was thinking about trying it myself..but then thought of what a pain it would be to push the car to the station when I run into a snag...

Does anyone know who would perform the swap? I can get the parts but would a regular shop install them? Any guidance is much appreciated, Thanks!

 

How "south" are you? I know miami has an assload of shops that can do it, orlando/tampa I hear have some. Hopefully some other south fl guys can tell you where some are.

 

I'm in Boynton Beach, about an hour north on Miami. I'll have to take a look down there and try to find a decent shop. There is not much around here that I could find.

Well, there are always shops but they want an arm and a leg to touch your car.

Any south Florida people out there that can point me in the right direction? Thanks!
