Just picked up a 96 Civic Ex 5 speed with 89k miles

Anyone know a good place in the South Bay area to get the timing belt, water pump, etc replaced? Also need to get a basic tuneup done on the car

Last question is with the parking brake you have to pull it up pretty high, does it just need to be tightened?
