B16 WOT Bog out prob......?

B16 WOT Bog out prob......?
Quick and easy my b16 bogs out at WOT only thing i've found is the tp sensor is reading voltage backwards 4.5v (closed throttle) - .5v (WOT)...does anyone know what the problem might be?? or do i just need a new sensor??
