THIS is a "scope"

The hood has a "scoop".
Effectiveness? Nil, because the placement of the scope...err...scoop is ridiculous.
Its primary function & design was to feed cool, fresh air to the intake piping (or carb systems). I suppose if you had ITB's or something equivalent that necessitated fresh air in that particular location, that hood would serve a purpose. Otherwise, turn on the Speed Channel and watch Hi Rev Tuners.
