buy a haynes manual. lots of info in there. oh btw, getting the bearing/hub/rotor off the spindle is a biatch, and dont pound the bearing or it will be damaged and u will have to replace it. i would just get the bearing/hub/rotor pressed off the spindle. it'll run u at the most $80 to press both sides off. brake pads are a piece of cake tho. goodluck!!!

I am also trying to change the rotor on a 93 accord LX. Do you have to remove the Spindle to get the rotor off? Thanks

its harder for the 4th gen (from my experience) because we have a pressed rotor... I took mine to a shop to get it done.

if u can remove the bearing/hub/rotor off the spindle then no, but most of the time u cant because it is rusted on so u have to get it pressed off.

here's a site iono if i posted this yet, but when u go behind the rotor to get the 4 bolts off, it's hard as hell to get it out of there, thats why u have to remove the spindle, take it to a machine shop to press it out. goodluck!!!

my solution to that, buy longer 10x1.25 bolts, around 60mm threaded completely down the bolt. Screw them in lightly in place of the 12mm ones in back, and pound away w/ a hammer, cris cross pattern til the hub+bearing fall out of the knuckle. Dont do it to the stock ones, you may ruin the heads of the bolts tahts why.
