Exactly, you need to replace your axle (CV-Joint)

I had this happen on my VW. Turned out to be a worn wheel bearing. Although mine was more like a grinding rather than a clicking.

look at your right front suspension area, you'll see a black "boot", basically a rubber thing with grooves in it. Inspect that for dry rotting, and any tears. If its ripped or dry rotted, its your CV joint. They're easy to replace, and arent really expensive.

i've had this same thing happen and nearly started into the cv joint....until i tried tightening the lug nuts

check the lugnuts and brakes first, that could be the prob.
