Guage Bezel Install
is this on a 4th gen?
if so when you reinstall the plastic-window piece that goes over the gauges, you have you be sure it is seated in there correctly. or the needles will ride on the bottom of this. there are two little pieces of plastic on the bottom that hold the plastic-window thing in place, if they are not in the slot they will push the bottom up and cause the needles not to move.

also, make sure that the needles do not rub the new guagues, you may need to use some dubble sided tape to make sure they stay down and out of the way
